Thread: Corys Not Eating??

Get some shrimp pellets. My Cory's go ape nuts over them. You can also try another brand. My Cory's only eat Wardley's brand. The Aqueon brand....just sat in the tank until I pulled it out. I also only feed mine in the evening. They seem to eat more at that time. All of my bottom feeders love it when I stir up the gravel a little so they can eat the stuff that comes up. Just some more food for thought. Seriously, no pun intended.

They usually sleep during the day and eat at night so how can you tell?

My Cory's are moving around the tank all day. Early afternoon they will kick back in the plants or under a piece of wood for a bit. The rest of the time they are a dedicated cleaning crew. Especially the babies, 1/2" long, they never stop eating. I love watching them. It's almost like they are having appetizers all day and the main coarse at night.

They eat now...I guess it took a while for them to figure out that was food. Only a few come out and eat when I drop one of those things in, but I see the others come out occasionally and I see them all digging in the gravel...so I figure they eat something!
