  1. Default Introducing new Tetra's?

Well, it's been a month and my 4 Tetras have thrived. I just replanted my aquarium with some Wisteria and Elodea. I actually lost some of the Tetras in the Wisteria, they like to hide for some reason.

Anyway, I want to add more Tetra to the mix. I was thinking two to six more to make a nice big school, then adding three Corys, African dwarf frogs, or Khuli Loaches to the mix (haven't decided). What I'm really wondering is if the new Tetras will get along and school with the old Tetra or will they seperate? And is the introduction of bottom dwellers a good idea? I made some caves out of small terracotta pots if I go with the frogs or loaches, so they'll have plenty to do.

If they're the same type of Tetra, they should get along great and start schooling/schoaling almost immediately... Tetras (normally) are a "friendly" fish.

I agree. Nice big schools of one type of tetra looks very nice but obviously it depends on the tank size.

    I'd forget the frog!

Alright, it's a 10 gallon BTW. Don't have much room for anything over 30 gal. Why no frogs? The dwarf frogs are tiny and from what I've read, have a small bioload.
