  1. Question neon ruby barbs?

    i saw some Neon Ruby Barbs today at my LFS. i've never heard of them before. they were red and were fairly large and had veil fins/tails. can someone tell me more about them?

    Mmmh I know of Black Ruby Barbs - Puntius nigrofasciatus but don't know if there is a longfin version of them...

    Sounds more like the Puntius Conchonius - Rosy Barb that are often seen in a longfin version



    Is that them maybe?

    yeah that looks like them. they were being sold as Neon Ruby Barbs, i guess they were misinformed.
