Go back to your top picture and see those tiny dots on that one Labs fin?
Two of my platies now have those same tiny dots. What are those? I thought it was the beginning of fungus and put them in a medicated tank but of course, it is not going away. Is it just a marking of some kind?

I think those are just speckles. Are you talking about the orange fish in the top picture or the perlmutts in the second picture? If you are talking a the perlmutts then they are just speckles. I'm going to have to look again at my zebras to make sure it's nothing serious. Thanks hobbs, now I'm paranoid! lolSome innocents 'scape not the thunderbolt

Anal fin spots are egg spots sometimes used to sex them, depending on who you talk to.Aquarist since 1995
