An Aquarium is Born
Here is my aquarium:
About 3 month ago, I went hiking on the mountains, because I needed a piece of wood for my new tank, and found this big root, in a mountain stream: gee, why did I made the tank only 500 liters and not 3 or 4 tons, to house this root? Luckyly, I took with me the handsaw and the axe to cut a few pieces.
First you see it only 1/2 full of water, and with some guppies, when the cycling was almost done. And then, a bit later, with the scalars, and the shy pleco. So shy, that, I haven't seen him, for some weeks after bringing him home; I was wondering if he's still alive... Had to watch him over night, helped by infrared...
