New Kenyi / breeding question
I just got a new camera (early christmas present) and some new fish. Here is a picture of two of them.

Now that has nothing to do with my question. My question is about red zebras and yellow labs. I have noticed pairs of each of these fish going into the caves and swiming in circles with each other while showing off their fins. They usually do a few circles and then chase each other around the tank a bit. I was wondering if this was a mating thing? If this is a mating thing, what should I expect in the future? Are there any good websites I should read about malawi breeding? Some innocents 'scape not the thunderbolt

Make sure you get that one in the links forum too.
They do all the breeding on their own, which is what it sounds like has started. It's always good to have a good book on any fish you own. Do you have any on Lake Malawi cichlids?Owner: Aquarium Maintenance and Pet Care Company

I don't have any malawi books as of yet. I've been checking book stores but not finding much and pet stores don't tend to have anything that specific. That is a good website jman btw.

Go to Borders or Books-a-Million. Both should be able to special order them for you even if they do not carry them in stock. Better yet try
http://www.fishbookstore.com/ or http://amazon.com/ for books you may not even be able to get in the stores special ordered (not to mention they are usually much cheaper online).Owner: Aquarium Maintenance and Pet Care Company
