  1. Default Just bought some fish

My tank finished cycling yesterday and i did a big water change. Today I went to the store and bought two red blood parrots. They are very small about 1 inch and are still very shy. They were very lively in their tank at the store and they already seem to be sticking together. Ill get some pictures once they become more friendly.

the fish have been very shy thus far. Rarely coming out of their cave and if they do come out and see anything they swim very fast back in the cave. I havent fed them yet. I wish they would become a little more friendly.

My gourami's get like this when I disrupt their environment (e.g., change decorations, move from one tank to another, etc). One thing I noticed was they are more active at night (lights out). So, you might try checking them out an hour or so after lights out to see if they are more active....

Give them a few days to settle in and that behaviour should change.
