Anyone ever keep Headstanders?
Great tank mates for my current fish - anyone ever keep them or have anything to say about them?
the LFS has some spotted ones but the banded ones look way cooler!
Thanks allCheck out my 55 Gallon, planted, Philly themed community tank! Rummynose and Cardinals, dwarf cichlids, plecos, shrimps

I had a striped Anostomus once.... One of my favourites. Very active and full of personality. He used to clean my fish.... and they would let him.
I managed to get a video of him doing it. My torpedo barbs stayed till while he cleaned.

Yes, prefer being in groups and usually don't do well with long finned fish, good in plated tanks.

Yep but you need a large group of around 8... if you cant your better off just getting one becuase they can be very aggressive to each other if you only get a few.
I also found Anostomus's attack Siemese algae eaters... and red tailed sharks dont like Anostomus's and Siemese algae eater's with a passion.20gal- Honey gourami's, Endlers, otto's and minnows.
