what should i do
I have an albino cory that has white eyes. I think it might be a fungi so i put him in another tank and put some jungle fungi liquid in that tank. Now he is trying to get out of the tank and swimming all around at the top. Is he going to kill himself or is there something wrong with the jungle stuff im using. Please help me.

He's better off where he is, in that small medicated tank, than he is in the tank not yet cycled. He'll do fine but he's probably scared to death right now and unable to see so double -scared. Coreys are very timid anyway and just going thru the big chase has him stressed.
He should calm down in a few minutes.
I see you made the trek to town for the meds. Good girl. That shows how much you really care. I drove the 30 miles to town one time to get some fish medication, too. What can I say? We love our fish.Cycling With Fish?•• The Fishless Cycle••

If the eyes themselves are white, sounds more like the fish is blind. If it's just a fungus, just do a large water change on tank and keep fish in it. Do you maintain your tank properly? Simple ailments like fungus can be cleared up with a couple large water changes.
