Beautiful pics of your aussies. I love to see a good working dog doing what he was bred to do. Congratulations!

    Thanks!

My boys didn't get the opportunity to start herding until after their 7th birthday.

Guess this proves, you can teach an old dog new tricks!

I love the colour of Aussies! Beautiful dogs!! Do they have huge herding instincts? Our border collie/red heeler has had absolutely no training and is always out there herding the cattle.

Most have some degree of instinct. Some are more biddable than others.
I've learned that a strong willed dog, that insists on doing it 'his way', can lead to trouble.
