Do you name your fish?
I know we are all adults, but I was wondering if I was the only person who DOES NOT name their fish? I know little kids name their goldfish and what not, but do you name all the members of your aquarium?

I only name them occassionaly, right now I have a 2+ y/o male betta whose name I can't remember because it changes everytime my neice comes to visit! I'd like to name my short-finned male just 'cause he's so different and has a unique personality, a name hasn't come to me yet though. I only name them if something really jumps out at me.
I've also found if you name them they die faster... well, that was my experience as a little girl anyhow, lolLindsay

My betta is named Bruce. I think this name fits him rather nicely for some reason...
My danios are the 7 dwarfs minus one. lol I only have 6, but they're so goofy that they remind me of the 7 dwarfs (minus one). That's about it though.
Oh, and before my honey gourami died (from old age, I'm guessing), he was affectionately called Mr. Gourami.

If I did name a fish, I would definitely name my gourami I love how he swims and then pauses and bends his whole body like hes posing for a photo shoot. What a cool little fish.

I've named some of mine. It's kind of hard to name 12 dither fish though, lol.
You can't play nice with people who don't play by the rules!

Rarely I will. I had to name my trio of Gouramis though - Jack, Janet, and Chrissy. Definitely three's company with them since they like having little orgies in there!

Eew, do gourami orgies produce little fry?

Not for these guys... Just eggs. But actually not so much an orgie as a male who got lucky 2 nights in a row. And then most likely ate his babies. :(
