What are your water parameters (pH, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates)?
You should only need to worry if your nitrates start to climb, even with regular water changes..
Note that Rosy barbs can get up to 5"..75g - 20 cardinals : 7 panda cory : 5 Julii cory : 9 zebra danios : 1 CAE : 2 SAE : 2 yo-yos : 1 BN
25g: 5 long-finned zebra danios

you were overstocked before today, quite a bit so.The clowns get 8",the angels get 5" as well as aggressive. With just them at full grown size your tank isnt big enough.

Clown Loaches grow very slow. 1-1 1/2" a year at most.

They don't grow real slow until they hit about 6" and then it is like that. If they only grow that much when they are still small then they are in too small of a tank. They need 100g+.

I don't remember who told me since I have not been on the site for about 6 months. I was posting about stocking my 45g and I was told to get 3 Clown Loaches since they grow Very Slow. Another Person told me they have Clown Loaches and they have grown like 3" in 3-4 years.
Also in another posting I posted a few days ago I was told I could get more fish. I was told I could get Few more Black Skirted Tetras a School of H. Rasboras or 2 SAE.Last edited by freshwaterfishlover; 05-04-2008 at 03:09 AM.

Like I say, you need to keep an eye on your nitrate levels, and make sure you're aerating the tank with air stones..
But yeah, it's getting little crowded in there, I should think..
You might be ok now, but the fish are only going to get bigger..75g - 20 cardinals : 7 panda cory : 5 Julii cory : 9 zebra danios : 1 CAE : 2 SAE : 2 yo-yos : 1 BN

Not a good stocking level, IMO. Those fish are going to need more room soon.
8 tanks running now:
1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

1. Is the stocking level ok for now or no?
2 If the stocking level is not ok for now, would the stocking level be ok if I took out the 4 Rosey Barbs?
As of now before Rosey Barbs:
6 Black Skirted Tetras
3 2 1/2" Clown Loaches
2 1" Briselnose Pleco
2 3" Angels
2 Peral Gourami
I thought what I had was max, but you guys told me I could add more. I added 4 Rosey Barbs.Last edited by freshwaterfishlover; 05-04-2008 at 05:40 AM.

Yes, you're okay for now..
But I would put the barbs in another same-sized tank with your loaches as soon as you can afford it, and watch your nitrate levels..
Even if you took the barbs back, which nobody is telling you to do, all the fish in your current tank WILL get bigger (the BN's alone will get to 4" each)..75g - 20 cardinals : 7 panda cory : 5 Julii cory : 9 zebra danios : 1 CAE : 2 SAE : 2 yo-yos : 1 BN
