I guess I got...
An algae culture. I went to do a w/c and my crayfish tank is full of green algae. I have been wanting an algae culture for my africans but hadn't had the time. Is is alright for the crayfish to have a bunch of algae in there with him? It is the bright green algae so I think thats the good kind right?

1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

Sometimes I honestly think some algae adds to making a tank look more natural. I have some growing on the top of some driftwood in the coldwater tank and I think it looks pretty cool.
8 tanks running now:

I don't think the crayfish would mind either......I love some some algae in my tanks. Gives it that natural underwater look...
