I didn't follow your problems... sorry you are having a difficult time with your beta.
I just wanted to mention... that once a fish comes down with fin rot... In my experience, it can take a while for them to repair. I'm saying weeks even months... I have had fish who never really came back from it... and their fins were always a bit of a mess to look at.

I'm sorry to say that I can't really see the first few pictures, only the last one that is linked to photobucket. In that shot it looks to me like your betta fins are regrowing. He looks healthy in that shot.
