Clean up crew??
In my 10 gallon tank I have 4 platies, 2 mollies, and 3 glowlight danios. I know its pretty much over stocked but I need some sort of clean up crew. What are my options??

Like you said, you're pretty much too stocked up for a good sized clean-up crew, and they platies and mollies usually do a good job of cleaning up fallen food.
However, you could put in a pair of otos, but that is only if you have a bunch of algae, and can maintain a good amount of algae or plant matter.
Some shrimp, like ghost shrimp or red cherry shrimp can clean up some fallen food.
Snails do a good job of cleaning up all the stuff that falls to the bottom of the tank, but most snails breed very quickly and you're tank will soon be over run with them.

The fish may eat the shrimp, it really depends....
Any snail is good, just don't get the big ones like apple snails, and Viviparus malleattus just to name some.
Usually if you buy a live plant, it will come with a snail or two. If not you can just ask if your lfs will let you pick out a couple of snails from their plant section. Some let you some don't.

Olive Nerite Snail is a good algae eating snail and wont eat your plants either. or a myster snail but mystery snails will eat algea and decaying plant matter but they do like to feed on hard stocks. Check these snails out
