I have ghost shrimp in my 20g and 10g, they live with gouramis, swordtails, neon tetras, a raphael and syno cat. The gourami (gold) initially pecked at them but after a bit gave up on them. So far I havent lost any to the fish.

I'd expect that to work fine Lady. I've not known Gold Tetras or Black Neons to bother shrimp of any kind. RCS do look rather stunning in a well planted tank all by themselves though.
