Is my 125g over stocked?

Hi all,

My new 125 gallon(standard size) is fully cycled, as of Tuesday, and soon to be fully stocked with the following:

• 2 Oscars
• Flowerhorn
• Clown Knifefish
• Midas (in 30 gallon because it's to small)
• Jaguar (in 30 gallon because it's to small)

All fish are adolescent or younger right now.

Filtration is handled with a 30 gallon wet/dry(w/bioballs)-1200gph overflow/~1200 return, Mid size HOB w/biowheel, and AC50 Powerhead with filter attachment(course mechanical). I believe this is the upper limit on stocking for this tank, let me know what you think.

clown knife will need a 300g full grown, other than that its not too bad

Clown knife will be a real big problem at almost 2 foot... Other than that they should be okay... Hopefully the Midas stays nice and doesn't get territorial. Jaguars get pretty big to 14 inches or so... Alot of aggression.... Give them alot of hiding places to hide and run around.

I think you are right, hopefully that will be in a few years! I am done buying aquariums until then! I made the mistake of an impulse buy at the pet store, clerk said it would only get 18inches lol dunno what he was smoking...
