Vee's 55 gallon project
I saw a few threads where people documented their setups.
Sounds like a cool idea, even if no one ever looks at it but me!
Here is the wall where I plan on setting up my tank. Flag and Army paraphenalia coming down....am going to start building the frame/stand this evening.

10 gallon freshwater, planted tank
1 Redigobius balteatus (rhinohorn goby), 2 Trichopsis pumila (sparkling gourami), 5 mircorasbora erythromicron (emerald dwarf rasbora), 1 Celestichthys margaritatus (celestial pearl danio), 1 Dermogenys pusilla (wrestling halfbeak), 6 amano shrimp
lots o malayn needle point snails
3g- freshwater
java moss

It is....temporary housing as my bedroom is being remodeled too.

Here's the lumber, already cut, for the frame.
This is the frame only....not the face that you will see when I'm done.
When I'm done, if anyone is interested I will post the "cut list" for these parts, which should work for any 48" tank.

Stand by for assembly...................

lucky mines pink with a burn mark from when I lit on fire with a fish tank heater.

Step 1:
Attach to the wall, plumb and level....I'm lucky here because I don't have to worry about finding studs.

Are you going to stain the stand so it maches teh wall?

I actually tore out a seperating wall so I have some of the 40 year old tongue and groove.
