  1. Default Which of these plants are low light

    Hi there,

    I am buying t5 lights they are these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/2FT-Double-T5...QQcmdZViewItem i thought with these it would put me in the high light category but it hasn't apparently so need to think now about either 2 of these lights or think about low light options, and hope that some of these are beautiful.

    I was wondering what of these plants on my wish list are low light?

    Glossostigma elatinoides
    Eleocharis parvula Hair Grass
    Echinodorus tenellus Pygmy chain sword
    Weeping moss
    Christmas moss

    Hydrocotyle verticillata Whorled/Marsh Pennywort
    Microsorum pteropus 'Windelov' Java Fern (Crested Jave Fern)
    Anubias afzelii
    Anubias Nano
    Didiplis diandra Blood star grass

    Microsorum pteropus Java Fern
    Anubias barteri Giant Anubias
    Anubias barteri 'coffeefolia' Coffee Leaf Anubias

    Anubias and Java Fern are low light, but not sure about the others. I have Christmas Moss growing nicely under about 1 wpg.
    8 tanks running now:
    1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
    Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

    I put an astericks next to good low light choices.Honestly I am unsure about some of the ones I didnt mark such as the moss.Good luck

    your anubias will stay small with low lighting though and it won't have much growth.
