I know this is a very old thread/sticky but I just want to say thanks for this, I picked up the Eric Borneman book on Aquarium Corals and read it over the past few weeks... so much info and really helpful!

Hi Dave
I'm thinking about getting a book on Cichlids as I want to learn which ones are compatible, colorful, hardy, which ones are bottom dwellers, middle, habitat, etc. I want pretty broad strokes so I can see the most of all varieties - African, South American, ... I have much to learn
I've read you book list and I'm wondering if Enjoying Cichlids, by Ad Konings, would be the best resource for me. What do you think?
