Im not sure iff my oscar has Ich/White Spot
my Oscar seems to have these white dots on it but i cant tell if they are natural or not.Its acting fine no signs at all that it is sick.If i put some medicine in and it isn't sick will it do any harm ?
Ive had the Oscar for 2 months and it is only a baby
the water conditions are fine

yep, salt along with 84F temps will eliminate the ick.
the oscars alone though right? some fish cannot handle the salt, but oscars can, so if you have other fish with him list them and i can tell you if they can handle it or not

good thing you listed them, the pleco and loaches cannot handle salt, especially the loaches. is there anyway you could treat the oscar in a seperate tank?
EDIT- the snails cant handle too much salt either

Never heard of a reef shark.....you don't know their scientific name do you?
Also, fish don't get ich for no reason. Its usually due to stress. Poor water quality could cause this. What are your Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings?Money can't buy happiness, but it sure can pay the rent.

i have had a feeding issue as my oscars would only eat frozen worms and nothing else, i had to starve them for a bit so i could get them on to a good diet .SO up untile the last 24 hours they have been eating nothing but blood worms
the fish that i called a reef shark is a blackish grey , with redish orange fins and tail
