my fish holding??

i have a albino cichlid that seems to have some eggs in her mouth, she hasnt been eating for about a week now and the mouth looks like its full. but my question is she is only about 2 inches long, do they start breeding at that size? and what should i do about her? this is my first time with a holding cichlid so im a bit lost.

What species is it? There are a handful of mouthbrooders that are adults at 2 inches. Which species is yours?
