I have a 200L (approx) tank how often should I test for PH, amonia, nitrites, nitrates? twice weekly, weekly, monthly?

I test all those right before and after I do water changes and additional testings only if I think something isn't right with the tank.

Depends on the tank and your experience level. I don't test for anything in 9 of my 12 tanks because I know what the readings would be. They have been established for quite some time and I am very familiar with the capacity of the filtration in relation to my maintenance schedule and stocking level.
8 tanks running now:
1x 220 gallon, 2x55 gallon, 1x40 gallon long, 1x29 gallon, 1x20 gallon long, 1x5.5 gallon, 1x2 gallon
Gouramis, barbs, rasboras, plecos, corys, tetras, fancy guppies, swordtails, ottos, rainbow shark, upside-down catfish, snails, and Max and Sparkles the bettas.

Becuase I'm running smaller tanks, I do mine fortnightly but feel that really they should be weekly.
AS GM said, bigger tanks usually need less because dangerous changes only happen when you really do something big to the tank.Currently: Spotted Blue-eyes, two species of Australian shrimp, Ornate Rainbowfish, Guppies, Corydoras, goldfish.

i test ph, gh and kh typically at w/c time to make sure i don't throw the water way out of balance, the others i know are ok so i don't bother.

Yes weekly after a water change as you never know what might be in the new water! I know someone who did a patial water change and when he checked the ph it was at 8.6, so I say when you change water check it to be safe.
Will be updating new tank info soon
