Default Why did my baby angelfish fry die?

Yesterday I had approximately 50-75 baby angelfish wiggling around on the bottom of their tank. They seemed to be healthy. Today when I checked on them they are all dead. I did a partial water change on them and watched them for a few minutes and saw 1 starting to swim about an inch off the bottom. I need some help as to what went wrong. Thanks!

    Ph, nitrite/nitrate and ammonia levels?

Was the fry with the parents?

They were in a 5 gallon tank by themselves. Took the eggs from the parents so they couldn't eat them again. There is an airpump on the tank also but not sure what the ph was. Thanksalot. Next time I'll watch everything a little closer.
