Smile My New Bottle of Nitrate NO3 Test Solution Bottle #1 is Yellow Instead of Clear

    Hello Fellow Fish Folks,

I'm trying to test my fish water. I bought a kit with a bunch of different chemicals and it wasn't cheap. I could swear that the Nitrate Solution NO3 Solution Bottle #1 used to be clear but now it's already yellow prior to mixing it according to directions. I haven't done anything to it. I've had it more than 1 year probably. Is it still good if yellow instead of clear? I hate to buy new chemical and throw this out but I definitely will not buy an entire kit since I only use the Ammonia and the Nitrate chemicals. Thank you! P.S. I have a cute Betta Boy named Topaz.
