Large water changes, and use a good water conditioner: https://www.seachem.com/prime.php
You need a real test kit, the paper strips aren't very accurate, get one of these: https://apifishcare.com/product/fres...aster-test-kit
You will be doing s fish-in cycle, read and understand this, and follow up with any questions you have: http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/aqua...ad.php?t=36492

Hey , so I've got up and tested the water this morning with the strips as the better kit hasn't arrived yet. All my levels are now what they should be? I was considering doing a water change to remove the food silt but now I dont know if I should and risk feeding the cloud with nutri rich water again my air stone is arriving tomorrow along with the better test kit so I think maybe is best to leave until tomorrow now. Will see what tomorrow brings

Food silt?
If there is any leftover food after feeding, you are overfeeding, which is never a good thing.

They barely seem to eat it , I'm going to change to something else because this one they just pick about 5 or so pellets and the rest they dont care for. Just
doesn't seem much for them ?

Cut back to feeding every other day, most tropical fish don't need to eat every day.
Any leftover food needs to be removed from the tank water.
