Zero ammonia, correct?
Consider cutting back to feeding only once a day, it is more than enough, many fish in the wild don't eat every day.
I feed my 5 tanks every other day, sometimes 2 days in between, and my fish are fine and healthy.
Underfeeding, for the most part and most fish, causes no harm, but overfeeding can lead to a host of problems.

Ammonia is zero yes.
And I used to feed the fish 3 times a day as they were juveniles and really small. They tripled their size in a month. The tank has been up for around 3 months now and the fish are getting mature so I feed them twice a day. I also have one fasting day for them per week when I don't give food at all. But I'll try the feeding once a day.
In a similar problem other person had with Juwel(plants melted) they recommended to give really small amounts of food 3-4 times per day but would that be bad in my situation?

Feed once a day, an amount the fish can totally consume in 3 or 4 minutes...any uneaten food will cause problems.
