    Default Sea monkeys/Artemia

    Hi, so ive rescued sea monkeys from somene who wanted to throw them away and i really dont know what to do with them.
    i want to find a way to prevent them from reproducing and to give them good life conditions but i have no idea about treatment
    does anyone here have exp or knowledge about keeping them ? and how to prvent them from overpopulatiing? thank you

    I doubt you can prevent them from reproducing. They are good eats for the fish (brine shrimp), I understand you want to try and save them but they will reproduce and though the parents live for months, the constant reproduction will mean you will have them going indefinitely.

    I agree with Boundava. There is no possible way to keep the Sea monkeys from breeding unless you manage to separate every last individual. They do make good bites, but I'm not sure if you want to feed them to those fish of yours. A bad choice though would be to feed them to yer Mbunas.

    I can seperate them.. the thing is that i read that the famwl can fertilazie themselves if there are no male around

    You could try lecturing them about abstinence, but I doubt it would help.
