What rate should my CO2 bubble for a 65 gallon tank?

Best way to measure CO2 is to get indicator solution and monitor the flow until you get the solution green=~30ppm.

1-3 bubbles per second, start there and check the indicator every half hour or so. Don't want to overdo it.

An online calculator said with a PH of 7.2 and a dKH of 6, I should do 3-5 bpm, but you said bps.

Ok. It is BPS. Got it.

But my bubbler attached to the regulator will not change its rate of flow. I took the micro valve adjuster off and then closed it tight; then I turned the CO2 off and re-plugged in the solenoid and then restarted it, but no luck. I have a 5lb CO2 tank is it too small? Is the micro valve adjuster broken? ----The diffuser is brand new and flows just fine.
