Hybridization is always a possibility. The potential can be reduced if the species in the tank are kept in harem's comprised of several females per species.
The potential can additionally be minimized if the species you acquire are of a different genus; and reduced further if the color patterns are different.
In general there should be low probability of a labidochromis hybridizing with a labeotropheus if keeping groups of each.
