I am new to this website. I have a 55 gal. Marineland tank (Brand new with large filter) with three Mainganos or johanis (Not sure which, probably Mainganos) and two Jewel Cichlids all unsure of sex. They are all 1.5 inches long. I'd like to know if overstocking the Aquarium is ok and I would also like to be able to keep the fry alive. I am considering keeping Yellow Labs, Red Top Zebras (Nakatenga), White or Yellow Tailed Acei (Not sure how to pronounce Acei) Demasoni, Pseudotropheus interruptus, which also looks like Demasoni, Chipokae Cichlid, Rusty Cichlid, Msobo Magunga Cichlid, Kanyi Cichlid, Let's say the list goes on. Are these fish compatible? Which fish are able to go with which? Not sure of pH level, but I think the water is hard, as the Mainganos in there haven't died yet for three plus days.

Also want to know how I produce top quality fish through line breeding, that is, if there is such a thing.
