They arial drop this poison around our mountain ranges and head waters.

It spreads around, and now it's not wise to eat rabbit farm deer farm pigs sheep beef trout or salmon due to the poison spread.

The wiki article is not really too accurate, the government has declared it has to happen wipe out invasive species, and have got their own scientists to back it.

Down side our endangered parrots, kiwi, lizards, fish, birds, bats, are dying from it.

Soon enough this country will be dead.

Aerial disbursement into mountain ranges and head waters are the quickest way to get it into the environment there, for better or worse ... and from your post here I gather it's for the worse. The practice is pretty disturbing.

And people's pets, too, if they get into it.

I would think in this day and age, they would know better than to do wholesale spraying of a toxin over the environment, hoping it will only affect the invaders. That's what happened with DDT, and it resulted in bird eggs not hatching due to thinned shells and other adverse results to native wildlife. We banned that substance. It had been used in crop dusting to kill destructive insects, if I recall correctly.

And it affected humans, too. I had a great-uncle who was a crop duster. He flew in a bi-plane with an open cockpit, goggles but no face shield. When the wind was just right, the stuff would blow back on him. He contracted Emphysema and lung cancer. There were other factors involved, including his chain smoking, but the pesticide inhaling didn't help him any.

Sounds like you folks have a bunch of idiots running your country. Even a grade school kid knows better than what they're doing.

    Our country is stuffed.

People challenge the government with over seas findings to get tied up in court for years with nz scientists discrediting them from governement departments.

Nz is not what it once was.
Three small rivers near you are unable to take your dogs to due to toxic water they die from it.

But that's okay cause our government knows best.

That's why we are looking so hard to leave, even if it's Namibia or Australia even Thailand.
