Default What do u think about my mbuna stock idea

I was going to do mabe 20-24 Juvi unsexed mbuna. I'm not set on how many of each. I know that 20ish mbuna in a 55g is pushing it but I have no problem doing 50% water changes weekly. I am very versed with keeping water parameters in check and I have the filtration for it. with all that being said I don't think that I will end up with that many adult fish. after rehoming some due to aggression isssues, death, ect I'm sure my final stock list will be less and I am not interested in breeding. with all that being said do you think this is a good stock list and how do you suggest I stock them. I would love to get them all at once but since my fishless cycle is just completing I know that's just not possible but I don't want to pay a ton in shipping multiple orders also. thanks for all your help.

wow you have done your homework. You should start with 24 and will lose at least 6 due to health aggression or what ever. your list is great, but you should include some zebra types. You can cherry pick 2 to 3 inch fish to replace your loses. The ultimate goal in a 55 gallon is 18 to 22 adults.

It wont let me post a long response so I'll try to make it short. Tank is processing 2-3ppm per day how many fish would u start with. I'll add zebra or kennyi from petsmart to replace lost fish. Are kennyi to agressive.
