    He still hasnt ate.. today i saw him scratching himself a few times on the tank wall, its the first time ive seen it ,but im not sure its the first time hes doing it. im thinking of trying to medicate for gill flukes, what do you think?

    Maybe it's stressed from being in such a small qt tank? Since it was eating in it's old tank I would think it has something to do with the stress from being moved\ the new tank compared to illness.

    yes but the old tank was 5 times smaler then this and it was in a much more stressful enviorment

    Are you trying different types of foods? What is the temp? Have you tested any of the water parameters?

    all of your question are already been awnsered... temp is 27 yes ive tried 8 types and ive checked the water a few times without any problems

    20 days without eating.. today ive noticed a red patch on his nose ive uploaded a video

    Update:The fish started to eat again! I started a treatment with Kanaplex,and after the scond dose he started to eat again! I dont know if its beacause of the med or if its just all the time he needed to get over the stress of the moving,anyway he is eaing and in a few days ill move him to the big tank

    Good I'm glad he's finally eating :)

    Rocksor's suggestion of the mblue was a good one since it helps with acclimation and helps heal. I agree, it was most likely osmosic shock. I don't like to turn to antibiotics personally, how's his nose now?

    the nose injury disappeared after 2 days,it was befor he satrted to eat
