I wouldn't waste money changing the tubes just yet. You should be able to see if they are restricting flow by trying to run water through them using a faucet or hose. Visually inspect the tapped ends; their inner diameter is smaller than that the of hoses and can catch debris that might otherwise pass through the hoses without issue.

If you do not already have one of these, grab one (doesn't have to be expensive/fancy). Canister hoses tend to gunk up pretty good for some folks and these hose brushes are amazing at pulling out all the crud that builds up on the inside of the hoses.
