Ya, they are pricey! But if I were to set up a large fish room I would consider a setup like that. I'd have to have a lot of tanks though lol

I will be fine with the setup as is. Its a lot of tanks but not enough to get another water heater. We don't use a lot of hot water as it is so we should be fine.

Well with the issues with Sasha I totally forgot to update you guys. The Renovators called us the other day and asked if it would be okay for them to start tomorrow. How could we say no? So they're coming tomorrow at 8 a.m. to start working. I'm so glad I got it cleaned up before everything happened with poor Sasha. It's also good thing that I had my utility tub delivered today. I had wanted to do something stainless steel but it was just out of the budget with the holidays so I just went with a standard Big Tub and it comes with the faucet so we should be good to go.

Lol cats are freaked out... No insulation between basement and upstairs...just plywood and flooring. Lots of banging, sawing and talking going on.
