Lol, it will have to time lapsed, and I have to find a way to do that...since YOU Tube doesn't let you edit any longer.

Thank you, they will be staying naked. Was going to originally paint them black-but since the cats love to hide in thinks that are tented, the stands will be a dual purpose cat hideaway and fish stand. Planing on having a type of fabric skirt around the perimeter of the stand, not as tacky as those catering buffet skirts, but similar in concept but a lot more fun.

I can tell you with this I can see the end is only a couple months away. Have to get the 125 cycling but now all the tanks have a home!

I was supposed to post this pic under the "I picked up some sand" line above, lol Trying out the tan play sand or white pool sand for some tanks. Someone had opened the play sand and it was as soft as the pool sand, lot finer grain size than the sand from Home Depot so this s going to be in any tank with loaches or corys-lol 99% of the tanks. The pool sand is going to go into my river tanks (will have 3) and will be mixes with pebbles, river rocks and larger stones with some driftwood and at least on tank will have a slope/wall section for emersed plant growth, probably worked into a DIY background to hold it.

I have silica sand in my other tank. I have also used it in a Malawi tank setup. It gives a nice look and feel. Also supposed to be ph neutral.

    That's good to know, thanks.

So I was looking at liveaquaria because I like to see their freshwater diver's den and noticed they have a (I guess dry) goods store now with aquarium products. I am assuming the Doctor Foster and Smith aquatic leftovers were moved to them and I took a look in there and saw they have the Azoo sponge filters at a huge discount. So I bought all of the sponge filters I need for all of my tanks (minus the 125) for less than $80! I was going to go with the Hikari, but just the sponges for the 75's would have been almost $100. I have had good experience with Azoo products, they are good quality and I am glad I could find them at such a great deal. Hopefully they will be here within the week.

    https://www.liveaquaria.com/product/...43&pcatid=4543

Have two more big ticket items, the air pump and the corner matten filter for the 125. I have to recount the air lines needed for the section that will be using them so I can figure out the size pump I need. I was going to go with the linear vs diaphragm, but there is a considerable price variation. So I am now deciding between the Alita 40 or 60 from Ken's site. Jehmco hasn't answered my last email and keeps trying to get me to buy a huge pump though I am explaining I don't have that many sponges set up-they are saying 3 hook ups for each 75 gallon when I will just be having the one for the sponge in each. Maybe when I have all the tanks set up I can send them a photo and see what they say, but I am almost 100% sure I am going with the Alita instead.

Since the WC will be with a python, only one can do them at a time, so any WC will be a one person job.

Hey Larry, long time no post. Or maybe you have, the new posts option still doesn't really work for me - so I could just be missing your posts. Don't get a lot of Lee's posts either.

Oh yuck with the jury duty! I just got a notice for Federal JD-forgot to mail the form, I did my State years ago at 19 right after I registered to vote, lol.
