So, how many are you getting?

That's neat to see them in the wild...I'm not a big angel fan (sorry angelcraze and others), and this may be the first vid I've seen them in their natural habitat, but it was very cool, thanks for sharing

Oh no worries Matt, to each their own, I just don't get it though!

Very neat! I think I saw a festivum or two in there too! You can see why they are build the way they are, they disappear in the sticks and debree.

A group of these would look really cool! Last I heard (it's been years since I've looked it up). They hadn't been bred in captivity. I'll have to see if that has changed.

Looks like they have been bred, but it's pretty rare. May be a fun project!

The Wetspot only has 3. I would put them in the discus tank.
The only concern is that I dont want to mess with my water.
My TDS is around 115- so it is already pretty good.
My KH is 3; DH 5. - this being low as well.
Hopefully, with the addition of tannins, this would be adequate. If not are prone to bacterial infections.

The first couple weeks I would put them in my 30 gallon until they start eating. That is half the battle.
I have heard, when young, that it is good to treat them like juvenile discus. Frequent water changes, high protein foods, high temperature ( how high I will need to look up).

I was pretty surprised reading thr seriously fish profile. Idk what their ideal temperature is, but they state 82 to 90*! What did you keep your discuss at?
