    Wow, what a difference! It's amazing what picture enhancement can do these days.

    Amazing! I'm going to use this for all my fish shots.
    It's better to have and not need then to need and not have; this is especially true when you're dealing with fish and you need itch medication.

    What did you use to clear it up and can it be used with cell phones?

    I used a higher clarity option, plus color enhancement and "spot fix" to take out some dust on the glass. I don't know if it can be used on cell phones but maybe on an i-phone or something.
