    Default Kuhli loach questions

    0 Not allowed!
Hi everyone. Just wondering- would six or seven kuhli loaches fit comfortably in a 29-gallon with pygmy corydoras and dwarf shrimp? Also, how do I breed them? I think they look really cool and would like to raise a brood or two for profit also.

    Thank you.

Feeding them live food like White, Grindal and small earth worms many times during the week is key to breeding Kuli loaches. I've never caught them in the act, but six Kulis became more than a dozen due to feeding the 'parents' live food.

Frozen bloodworms would probably work as well. I'm not sure whether they're egglayers or livebearers, but if they do lay eggs the dwarf cory cats would likely be an issue.
