Thanks again Rocksor. I refill my old food containers (just enough for a few weeks) and leave the rest in the freezer. I think I'll move it to the refrigerator though, I'm not sure about the freezing process, if it 'kills' any nutrients or vitamins. Good thought!

I do use pill containers for excess frozen Repashy foods and if I'm out of old fish food containers. Let me know if refilling fish food containers is a bad idea. I like to have the container instead of labeled pill containers, but I'll switch of it's a better idea. I suppose the bigger the container, the more air to stale it....

I cut up gel food into strips, and lay them spread apart on syran wrap. I then roll up the syran wrap like a carpet, making sure each strip does not touch each other and surounded by plastic. I finally place it in zip lock freezer bags, making sure there is no air.

Yuo can reuse containers after you have washed an empty container.

I was looking for a great supportive feed for if my tub works out and I get loads of fry like I hope... This nailed down questions I was trying to answer myself last night. I was seeking exactly what is listed above for krill for growth support. Thank you!

Oh great! I'm so happy someone else is benefiting from this topic. Here's the compete blog on fry food, but they mention peas as a good veggie for growth, which we already know isn't the best protein for fish. So take it as it is hahaha. Most of the info was good. I think.
