It gave me this idea to start a pleco thread :)
Regarding serpentine type fish, they are cool looking, but I get creeped out by them too. I'm not afraid of snakes, they just creep me out for some reason. My bestie had
4 snakes, they were cool creatures. I'll never forget the time I went to pick her up for overtime, she had a baby python constricted around her hair bun. She came to my car window pointing at her bun saying she had a little problem. I didn't see it until the head started to snake away from her hair! 🤤 THAT was creepy to see!
Then another time one of her large snakes got caught in s cave. I helped hold a portion of the snake while her BF cut the cave apart. You do what you have to to help the animals, even though snakes aren't my favorite, I had no problems holding that snake.
When I was a teenager with my friend and her mother, there was this LARGE snake travelling in a horse sized trailer. I think it was a special size, special type for reptile shows, but unfortunately I don't know too much about snakes. The snake was placed so that it slithered across our shoulders, three of us, there was so much snake on each side of us. The snake squeezed is all together, the pressure was incredible. This snake eats rabbits, and was as thick as a rabbit too. Crazy!
