How much should I increase my quantity of food once I add 8-10 DCL's?

It's hard to offer an exact amount...whatever they can eat in a few minutes

Look into earthworm sticks, and try the Hikari Carnivore Sinking wafers if you haven't yet

Okay thanks buddy. I will look into both of these. I currently have been using the original Hikari sinking wafers and all of my fish love them. Do you mix the carnivore wafers with the original? Or just alternate?

    Are these the ones?

I find Hikari carnivore wafers too large and sub-par. I would feed Hikari discus bio-gold instead, which contains more better ingredients.

Yep, that's them...if your fish like the regular ones, they'll love those...I alternate feeding them

My bottom-dwelling fish and inverts go nuts over these, too: http://www.kensfish.com/aquarium-sup...rm-sticks.html

I just feed mine high-quality flakes and spirunella pellets. I have several bottom feeders in this tank--DCLs, panda garra, amano shrimp. I do see the DCLs and garra harassing each other a bit, but nothing too major. Not sure how they'd do with a pleco, but knowing what I know, I would not hesitate to give it a try.

As far as how much to feed, slap's right. Just keep an eye on them and adjust accordingly. Is this a planted tank?

Yep, it's a planted tank. I haven't posted a recent picture in a while, I will try to post a full picture of my tank when I get home later this evening.

I don't see an ingredient listing for those, I'd stick with the Ken's

Wow, the dwarf chain loach looks awesome!! Would love to have at least 10 in my 40 gallon community tank. Unfortunately they are a little bit more pricey than the kuhli loach from TWS. $13/fish, but I do like how they look!!
At least they don't look snake-like. Those other loaches give me the creeps.

And Ken's sells on Amazon, too
