    I keep it just below 80° I'm not sure about hardness. But they did it again, spawned and ate the eggs. My bristlenose pleco babies get eaten too. I guess that's just the breeding tank, they're all getting busy and eating their children

    If they are eating the babies its some sort of trigger first I would eliminate water parameters as the cause so temp around 82f and hardness in TDS (total dissolved solids) in the 150-250ppm range then if they continue to eat eggs then its environmental stress like the tank layout,tank mates, or even to much walking by the tank

    You can see there that there is a lot of traffic by the tank. I'm gonna test the water now. The tank has been cloudy lately and not real sure why.

    That's their home. They seem to like it and are very personable fish.

    Looks like the ammonia is .25 nitrate 0 and ph 7.6 I just changed the water so the trace of ammonia might be from that

    I never have ammonia in my tank and I had just done a water change so I'm assuming it's from that. So I'm not sure.
