Just for the record the roads here are very bad, snow on top of ice is about as bad as it gets. Matt, could you pick up some beer for me?

LOL....well Matt has several large refrigerators scattered throughout his home and garage...smart guy that Matt. He could have many, many more tanks if he'd just lose some or those fridges.

Not too many, just the fridge in the house and the beer fridge and a freezer in the garage

With Larry's weather right now, he doesn't even need a fridge!....beer will be nice and frosty just sitting out

Fortunately for us we had just rain yesterday, then some sun today which dried up most of the wetness before the temps dropped too far. It's about low 20's now but the roads - at least in my complex - are dry. Took advantage of the warmth yesterday to run errands so no need to venture out any further today.

Old Grand-Dad doesn't freeze up ... Sue, I had 2 feet of icy slush at he bottom of my drive way to move by shovel this morning that the city plow left. It just froze solid. I was out there with a steel shovel for 2 hours today. Yep, the city stranded us in our own drive way...

And even not frozen, that stuff is heavy. Frozen...I would have cried and waited til the thaw. One of the benefits living in a condo complex is our streets and driveways are plowed/sanded and my steps/walkway are shoveled (I have to sand these). Only issue is having a dog, the driveways and steps are not usually done before she needs to go out. So I may have to shovel a path to the street to get her out early.
