I am thinking about adding some Stability to my aquarium to stabilize my numbers. Todays readings were:
Ammonia - .25 (been stable at that number for 1.5 weeks)
    Nitrite - 0
    Nitrate - between 30-40
    PH - between 7.8-8.0

Because my nitrates did go up a little, I did do a 30% water change this evening and added prime to the water. I have been reading up on this stability and was thinking about adding it for a week per instructions. I do have 8 Giant Danios now and 6 Albino cats. What is everyone opinion on this product? should I add it or should I just monitor my numbers and do WC as NItrates start to increase? Any information would help

I think it's as much a matter of opinion as anything else. Stability is a reliable product, I like it, I use it in various circumstances, it's my go to. But you're almost done cycling. If you feel like you've stalled out I think it's a great option because it allows for accurate test results, water changes when necessary and dull control of the tank where as other products may not. I does require daily dosing though so try to be reliable in the time of day you add it. :)

Personally, I would concentrate on getting the tank cycled rather than adding chemicals.

I haven't used Stability for a long time, because my tanks have remained stable. When first cycling with borrowed media from my other stable tank, I added Stability to help it along. Used properly, it doesn't hurt anything. I would say go for it if the Ammonia doesn't move and you're doing water changes and everything else you should be doing.
