In my current tank I noticed one time earlier in the day that one of my Red WagTail fish was staying very low key with very little motion at the bottom right of the tank. After about 20/30 minutes, he started to swim around the tank like normal and did that the rest of the night. Now looking at the tank again, he is back down at the bottom of the tank...... is he just resting/sleeping? should I be concerned with this behavior?

I did add some Albino Cat Fish and I did add 2 Sword Tails..... Before I added those fish, I put some Prime in the water..... this past Tuesday (about 5 days ago) I did a 20% water change. Also, I did test the water, and out of the ordinary came back, everything looked good except the hardness of the water is high, which it has always been high with no issue
