Idk how the frog will play a role in every thing I know they don't share the same environment but for the fish you listed its a nice list. So is this a tall 20g or a long 20?

I would do at least 5 corys they do better in larger groups a single ram can work or you could add another I'd do a pair or two females .

My only question is how did you lower the pH?

Dwarf Frogs can handle up to 7.0 PH . Since its not my tank and I don't remember the name I don't have the product in front of me, but it's some Seachem product.

Not sure what the GH/KH is. Don't have a tester for that. The tank has a aquaclear 30 filter and going to feed once every 2 days. I have 2 fish stores + Petco and Petsmart in my area and they don't sell Runny Nose Tetras. There is a Mega Fish store 1 hour away that sells Runny Nose Tetras. Would it be bad to put 8 Runny nose Tetras in the tank at once?

Rummy Nose tetras should be added to an established tank as they are very sensitive to any changes or fluctuations in the water parameters, which are common in a newly set up tank.

Do you all think it would be a problem to add 4 Rummy Nose Tetras today after adding a Dwarf African Frog yesterday? Would not add anymore fish till Sunday. 6 days from now.

I would not add rummies to a tank that is a new set-up, as advised above.
