For water conditioner, I'd never use anything other than Seachem Prime.
Yeah I tried the Ace Ammonia myself originally. Only reason I added the Dr Tim's One and Only Bacteria to the tank also was to try to boost the cycle a little. I have used it before in the past and even though 14 days is not long for a cycle in the past I have always had some kind of reading change not just the same readings for 14 days.

dr tim ammonium chloride will work fine as an ammonia source, it is not less effective than Ace hardware ammonia. I was able to do a fishless cycle with used media, and chloramines from my tap water. Ammonia level in my tap is close to 0.5ppm due to chloramines.

Adding an extra filter will not be necessary until you decide on final stocking or find that your current tank cannot get to 0ppm ammonia/nitrite through fishless cycle.

I would not worry about the cycle until week 6.

Cycling is frustrating and I've only ever done one tank with ammonia and it was dreadfully long. (I have several tanks so always have seeded media to use now.) However, if you have ammonia readings you will start to develop the beneficial bacteria - just be patient. Since you indicate readings of at least 2 but less than 4 you could very well be on the higher side and this will take longer to show movement.

If you haven't "dressed up" your tank, use this time to do so if funds allow. I don't know what you have for substrate or decor yet, but adding some driftwood, rocks, live plants, etc. gives you something to tinker with that will be pleasant to look at while you wait.

I thought about maybe doing a partial water change since most bacteria is in the filter and gravel anyways of course with adding more API Tap Water Conditioner to the tank and then seeing what the test shows ammonia wise. Those three greens are not always easy to read. Yeah I am old and wear reading glasses lol The thing is those API Master Test Kits sometimes wont show accurate and then again sometimes they will. But not much one can do because those strips for sure are not accurate or have not been for me anyways.

Yes the plan is to when the cycle is complete to increase the filter and to add some Java Fern and another heater. More then likely another LED lighting system as well. I also have stocking ideas already for it as well.

Water changes aren't necessary during a fishless cycle.

My eyes concur ^, if that is helpful.

Be patient, your cycle will complete. Meantime, consider what Sue has suggested above and play around with what you want your scape to look like. Purchase the plants you have planned for, if you wish.

The additional filter that Slap has suggested will be quite beneficial. I'd add it to the other end now, if possible. The media within that will be excellent growing ground for the BB you are starting to grow.

Asked that pet store for media since they were cleaning the tanks pecker woods wouldn't help me out there it is okay. I should of told them hey I spend a lot of money in here I will go on strike but oh well no worries lol. Oh the tank is set up just waiting on that bacteria to grow. Thank You

When using TSS+, I would recommend squirting it into the media of your filter. You want the bacteria to stick to the ceramic media. Make sure to shake the bottle well.

Proper storage, handling, and use by expiration date will determine if it will work. I've seen documentation on other bacteria products that only lasts 6 months if the bottle is kept in storage from 65F-85F. If kept in temperatures of 50F, the bottle can last a year. If stored at 95F in a warehouse/truck, the bacteria dies.
