Hi, ive already opnend a thred about the weired disease in my tank but now i want to focus on one fish who is developing a weired bulge. I itried to take a photo but its not clear at all so i did this:

the bulge is where the black mark is and its about the same size in scale to the fish size. its only on one side of hi body.
    The fish is active, has appetite and pooping normal poop. NH4 0 NO2 0 NO3 10. temp 25 C 2 inner filters, tank size is 120 L
its got a bit bigger in the last few days. any idea what is this??

it could be bacterial infection or it could have swallowed gravel

I have a tetra with a benign tumour. She's had this huge mass for 5 years at least. I can't remember how quickly the tumour developed, but it doesn't bother her in any way. It would be best if you could try to get a pic. Sometimes taking a pic when the lights first come on is the easiest, when the fish is just waking up and moving slowly.
